Healing After Suicide Loss

About this group

This small, supportive group is designed to offer meaningful time and space for grief, connection, and healing. Group size is intentionally limited to approximately 8 participants. Participants will spend the day: Connecting with horses and others who understand suicide loss; Participating in guided trauma-processing using the Flash Technique; Engaging in gentle experiential and equine-assisted activities; Sharing lunch together in a supportive environment; Processing grief, memories, emotions, and next steps for healing; Practicing grounding and coping skills to use after the group. Location: 1126 E Jones Creek Rd, Grants Pass, Oregon. Lunch provided. $250 per participant. Scholarships available.
